Julie Johnson-Dunn is a graduate of Brigham Young  University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Both Clark Learning and The Black Goose Design have employed her where she developed her talent and skills as a designer. Her love of fabric, pattern and texture are considered one of her strengths as she coordinates a "look" for each client.
After several years of freelance, she opened the Classic Trends showroom in 1992. One of her goals was to provide a complete design service. But she also felt it was important to showcase furnishings and accessories that she was proposing for her clients. She hoped to create a classic setting while exhibiting some of the trends current in design. Today the showroom is 5,000 square feet of unique, often one of a kind pieces. Julie has always maintained the philosophy that the interiors she designs reflect the personality, lifestyle and individual tastes of their owner. She is always up to the challenge of working with an existing interior to enhance or give it a face-lift, but she also invites new construction.
